AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Join our engineering team to design, train, and deploy machine learning systems — from NLP and speech models to predictive analytics and computer vision. You'll turn research-grade ideas into reliable, evaluated, production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

Build and fine-tune ML/NLP models for real client use cases
Design retrieval, evaluation, and cost-control layers for AI systems
Develop data pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring
Establish eval sets and quality benchmarks before deployment
Optimize models and infrastructure for latency and cost

Requirements

2+ years in ML/AI engineering or applied data science
Strong Python and experience with modern ML frameworks
Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and RAG architecture
Experience deploying models to production, not just notebooks
Solid grounding in evaluation and experiment design
